Findings:

Freshmen seem more positive about team culture than those who have been on the team longer. 

 

Perceived vs. observed is closely aligned with what the sophomore and juniors perceive the culture to be, but different from what the freshmen see the team culture as. 

 

The team members do not perceive the culture the same as one another. 

 

How does this compare to the men’s basketball team?

Men were much more aligned on their perceptions and how accurately they matched our observations.

Women were less unified and aligned on their perceptions.
